I wonder what happens if someone tests positive? I guess they have to quarantine until they test negative?

No idea what happens but if everyone is wearing a mask, should there be any concern?
This is also one of the problems with testing, besides the false negative and false positive results, the test only shows a point in time. A lot can change in 5 days, as shown here.

The CDC just changed it's definition of "close contact", from 15 consecutive minutes closer than 6 feet away from an infected person, to a total of 15 minutes within a 24-hour period. The reason they did this is that an employee at a correctional facility contracted the virus from an asymptomatic inmate who he (or she) only had incidental contact with.
