Duggan's Reef - 20 min east of Christiansted, St Croix. Waterfront dining. Excellent seafood including reasonably priced (by BVI standards) baked lobster and lobster thermidor. I like how you think Baard - just swing by St Croix if you need some lobster. That's probably a less than three hour trip for the Saba I'm guessing? God Jul!

Fastest crossing so far was in early-November - 3.5 hrs from Christiansted to Christmas Cove - averaged 9.5 kts with 1st reefed main and genoa. We did 3.5 hours from Christiansted to Salt Pond in our 45 Beneteau. Averaged about 9 and that was pulling a dingy. So in your 50 I would have guessed you would have done better. I must have had better wind or maybe I didn't start the clock until I had the sails up.
