AA has restarted Max flights and plans to have all 25 in service first week of January.

When will any of these make a run to SXM?

Would you fly it? What if it were cheaper per trip than other planes?

Probably the safest plane you can fly at the moment.

My brother is a pilot for American and he says they have a pretty strong union and that there is no way the pilots would take a plane up that they didn't think they could safely land.

I have no problem flying on that plane. It's been through more inspections than any other plane has.

i have never gotten on a plane, and have asked what type of aircraft it is. Same will be with these planes. If the pilots didn't think they were safe....i am sure they wouldn't go into the cockpit, and risk their lives, and the lives of their passengers. At least that is my opinion. Still feel it is safer to travel in any commerical airplane, than in my own car. With thousnands upon thousands of flights each day going on.....it is rare to hear about an ''accident''. Is there a day that goes by in any major television news show, that a deadly car accident is not reported on? If my plane to sxm is a 737 max, it surely won't stop me from going!!!! My two cents.
