If you anchor on the West side there is a road up to the lighthouse. It is pretty exposed, so bring water and a hat. I wore Tevas.

Are you intending to visit from Saint Thomas? If so how do you intend to deal with the Covid protocols? We have our tests already scheduled to meet the USVI requirements.

Note that the SVI entry requirements due to Covid are separate from the USVI requirements. Yes, I was asking about plans regarding entry into PR waters from USVI.
