Quick question. Do most people wear masks when walking outside. Thinking about doing our power walks in the morning from Simpson Bay Resort to the runway and back. In the past have encountered a fair number of people along the way,

In our experience last November and December, no. You'll see a few, and most of those are what I call chin masks. If you're concerned, I'd have one, and pull it up if you encounter someone wearing one. Passing by someone outdoors for a brief moment isn't dangerous, based on what I read from the CDC and other experts, but you of course, must do what makes you comfortable.
