hi all, I am interested in buying a catamaran in the 45'-54' range. after months of deliberation and consideration i have come to the conclusion that i would be interested in sharing the boat with 2-4 partners. my interests would be to purchase the cat and start by keeping her in the Caribbean at first. after enjoying paradise the partners would then decide where she may go next. i have a wife and two daughters, 13 & 16. they enjoy living on the hook at the beaches for short periods but have NO interest in really sailing her between locations more than +-100 miles. realistically, i do not see using the boat more than 3-4 months out of the year at varied times. if anyone thinks they may have interest in discussing a possible partnership please reach out to me at brett@hdoarch.com.

I may have a deal you might want to consider. I currently own a Leopard 42 that is in charter with Captains Compass. I’m in the process of buying a larger cat thus she’s for sale. My 42 is in great shape, only damage during Irma was the loss of mast which along with rigging, replaced with brand new. She has solar panels, air and generator. She has a positive cash flow and the new owner could keep her in charter, generating income and continue being well maintained and available for your own use. If you have any questions or interest please PM me

OK, this whole topic of conversation is not really appropriate for this forum. Anyone interested in the topic, please contact either party by PM.
