Not sure if it is still no cost but I believe that the Red Cross moved to the location listed below, the same location that is listed on the St. Martin Tourism website.
***Red Cross Drive installed in Marigot (behind the McDonald) open Monday to Friday from 7am to 12pm

We will be staying our last 5 days on the French side. Do you know of any free testing sites Scube? Sorry can't help you but will be driving to Anse Marcel tomorrow and I'll try and look for you.
