We have been denied & can’t figure out what to do next. Our test were completed & negative. They usually give handwritten results but instead typed the results on their letterhead. They have said it must be something else. Help!

Did you try resubmitting it? I have been denied for no apparent reason and did finally get approved after we made phone calls and sent emails. They finally approved the resubmission.
Good luck as I know how stressful this can be.
Respectfully,

you can search this forum for the EHAS telephone number and give them a call
an/or send an email to this address and ask the reason for your denial: ehas@sintmaartengov.org

Perhaps it's a problem with the format of the results? READ the official rules Here. Then re-submit your application and be prepared to call them at the number listed in the post that is sticky at the top of the forum.. 721-542-1570 Good luck!!

Mine was approved, hubby no. Same info. Entered it again & hoping for a better result. On the phone number, do you need to use any number before the 721?

Need Island time--Just put a 1 before the SXM number, and dial it like you are in the US EXCEPT the charge is going to be about $2 a minute or so. Good luck!!

Make sure the test report lists the specific covid test used. Did the denial say why? My wife was initially denied and denial said unapproved test used (or similar). Realized her test report (and mine) didn't say what type test was used. Had this info added by the lab, resubmitted and wife was approved

IslandBoi--Obviously, you have an international calling plan. If not, it costs about $2 a minute.

We are finally approved & good to go. I resubmitted twice. Second time with the same email as mine. Tried to call the number but it just rang 10 times & cut off. Thanks to everybody for your help! SXM here we come!

Same thing happened to us. Resend it as a "PDF" file, not a J-peg!!!! They are under-maned, getting someone on the phone is next to impossible!! Good luck!! Make sure you print out EVERYTHING, going and returning forms too!! Breath, have a great time!

sounds similar to the very popular WhatsApp, (which we use quite a bit)...but are you sure it's free to call any number in SXM from the US, or just calls using the app, one Talkatone user to anotherTalkatone user?...although very economical, i do see international rates to SXM: Talkatone Rates - US to Netherland Antillesas far as calls TO the US, most US mobile plans + supported phones can use WiFi calling to make & receive free calls to/from any number in the US
