New restaurant next to Le Pressoir in Grand Case. Menu looks good but it’s so new, there aren’t many reviews.

Haven’t been there, but isn’t owned by Chantal who used to own Sunset Cafe at Grand Case Beach Club?

We had a meal at Bistronome last week. The room is very beautiful, and the food was just as good. We were very impressed, from the bread through to the desserts, and both Chantale and Alex are as friendly as ever. We wish them well. Definitely give it a try.

Ate there on Weds this week, enjoyed the food and it is a very pleasant room. Recommended.

I believe they were open last year for a short time before the pandemic. I haven't been there yet, but have had Alex's food when he was at GCBC and another restaurant on the marino in Marigot. Very good!
