My husband and I have both received our pre-approvals with the QR codes, however, his doesn't have the flight information on it. I applied for his first, and when I applied for mine, I had to fill in the flight info, which I didn't have to on his, for some reason. I've sent an email to the EHAS contact address, asking that they add the flight information to his approval, but haven't received a response after about 8 hours. My concern is that the agent at the airport won't let him board if the flight information isn't in the approval.
Has anyone else experienced this exact problem, and if so, what was your experience? Wondering if I should just reapply for him....

It wouldn't hurt to reapply , but if you have the prep approval form that is what is important. They will check his name on the form and that's really all they did for us. They aren't even scanning their own QR codes, they compared the names between the EHAS document and the passport.

It is possible when you submitted the application that you accidentally chose in-transit and that caused the missing flight number. If you go back and reapply, double check your responses, and that should fix everything.

Safe travels down, you'll both make it. If need be, throw my name around, you never know.

I just checked mine, we went BWI-ATL-SXM and the flight number for ATL-SXM is all that showed!
