The Pre-Luis MBBC ain't walking thru that door folks....get over it. Anyone that can't see a marked improvement to that entire area needs glasses. You don’t need glasses to comprehend fix the infrastructure first then build, when the only road is barely one car wide on Sundays and holidays and the parking lot is a disaster, that is what needs to be addressed first before building on the beach.

It’s all privately owned, but looks like he’s handing out land leases or selling sections etc. not really sure what is the real deal. They put the boulders up along the road to keep people from parking on the golf course. Now they park on the road. It would be so darn simple to enlarge the parking lot. Plenty of unused land there. Really irritates me as I had to drive out New Year’s Eve day one year to get to the clinic. (Daughter had a bad reaction to a jellyfish) and we could barely get the car through from Cupecoy. And Now with the new Towers going up. 200 more cars in the area! Just no planning!!!! None of us are.....one thing I do know is that it's not mine.

Fixing the road costs money. A new restaurant makes money. Especially if you don't own the road.
