Near Guana Bay, between there and Dawn Beach area. I agree on the vehicles on the beach.

ugh, this makes me so angry. there is NO reason to drive ATVs on the beach. NONE.

Yes we have rules on our Washington coastal and inner beaches that prohibit driving on beaches to protect the clam and oyster beds.
