I have to laugh since it's been SOOO long, and the story is published April 1.
But I know it's for real, the barges and tug have been sitting ready at the JMC yard for some weeks. I for one am pretty excited about not having to memorize the location of all the hazards to navigation out in the lagoon after dark.
