All,
Planning a trip for May, with a Fool Moon Party on our first night. Because we start our charter that day, we won't be able to get to Trellis Bay in time to get a ball there, so the options would be Scrub or Marina Cay. Questions are: - - My understanding is that Marina Cay is closed, but the balls are still there, are getting (somewhat) maintained, and are in regular use, correct? - I guess the Scrub Island ferry is no longer stopping at MC, so we would need to dinghy across to Trellis Bay from MC (if we stayed there)? Again, is that correct?
The "safe" option is probably Scrub, but I kind of like staying on a ball for the first night, hence the questions about MC. Alternatively, are there any balls at Scrub these days?
Thanks,
Ben

No balls at Scrub. They use the ones at Marina Cay. There are places to anchor at both Trellis and Marina Cay.
