Not at all sure what this means..and what does Wheatley have to do with other islands except Anegada? I must be missing something. Lots of Wheatleys in the BVI other than on Anegada. If you were thinking about Lowell Wheatley, he went TO Anegada from Virgin Gorda. His brother Dale (AKA Blondie) owns Hog Heaven, there. Vincent Wheatley from North Sound is the 9th District (Virgin Gorda & Anegada) representative in the House of Assembly. His wife is Esther, who owned The Fat Virgin at Biras Creek. And lots more on Tortola.

We used Wheatley for at least the last 2 trips. They now have a booth at the Moorings/Sunsail base. I actually really liked the service and Rico, who works for them, was super helpful. Our last trip in May, we grabbed a cab from West End because we were dropped off by a private boat. That cab ride to the base was more expensive than it was for our return to West End when we booked through Rico.
Now, as far as having to show that we had transportation because of some new government rule...we did not.
