...when it comes to VI weather forecasting? Out of curiosity, I checked a few sites for the next week and they all were different. Close on some days but different. Personally, I would like to pick and choose between the weather guessers on the forecast I like best for a given day. So my guess is it is going to be sunny, with more clouds than I would like, and we will get some rain.

There'll all right, just for different places. It's a big forecast region. Imagine lumping Salt Pond, St. John with Bordeaux Mountain, St. John? Unless its a huge front, rain shadows and altitude have a big average effect.

My go-to weather apps are Weather Underground and Hurricane Pro. I pay more attention to the radar than the forecast, though. LOL
Tom: The weather has been glorious. Looks like it should hold through the weekend...

We've had days on St. John where it rained all day in Cruz Bay and all the while the sun shone on Rendezvous Bay. In the absence of some huge weather system that overtakes the entire area, sun vs. rain totally depends on where you are at the moment. Gotta love the tropics.

We had a great time, too. Sorry we had to eat and run! But we did make the ferry. WHEW! You vacationers are hard to hang with on a school night.

Thanks for the link - I will definitely check it out. The dust in the picture is not that bad. I have seen much worst. I do not remember it in the 70s, but of late it seems there are more waves of dust every year.
