Whale Tail--actually, the normal prevailing winds in that area just take the seaweed down to that area and it just stays there. It's been that way since we've been coming there. If there is seaweed, it's always much worse by El Z and they often have not cleaned it up for long periods of time.

That's a lot of plastic now in the environment somewhere. Scuba- You do realize that you're talking about an island that has no recycling program at all. I feel terrible every time I put a beer bottle into the garbage. Back home they give you 10 cents for every bottle returned as an incentive.
