Ha! Had to look that one up because my first thought was "I hope transient ischemic attack isn't your goal!" La Tapa and Morgan's Mango are my current favorites. Zozo's is good but $$$.

In Cruz Bay we hit these in October: La Tapa is consistently great. Rhumblines is consistently great service and good food. Cruz Bay Landing is a very good new player that is a bit more casual than La Tapa and Rhumblines. Fatty Crab is back on its game with its food, service is better at the table than at the bar.
In Coral Bay Shipwreck Landing is a favorite and Aqua Bistro is good. Sweet Plantains open late in season.
Cheers, RickG
