Sunday was uneventful--rested at the beach and then off to the airport to pick up our daughter. She was off the plane and through immigration in less than 30 minutes.

She wanted something quick and easy so off to Driftwood for dinner. I wish I could figure out how to post pics from my IPhone. We enjoyed a Caesar salad, a burger, fried shrimp and their grilled chicken platter. The chicken came with a sweet and hot sauce on top with some peppers--hit the spot. We had a couple of rum punches and with tip a very reasonable $85.

Monday had us back to the airport to pick up our daughter in law. Her Delta flight came in with an American flight. Immigration was a snap but she waited about 15 minutes for her bag. It will be fun to have just the girls this week. She was a bit tired so we stayed in for dinner. Thanks to a suggestion here, we used the Bonsen grill and put together fajitas for dinner. We just love that grill! The girls are off to bed and we are heading to the Hollywood casino to try our luck. First time this trip--

Pretty boring stuff. Hopefully I'll have a big win to share tomorrow!

Curious to how you liked Hollywood. Last year we decided not to invest there again and didn't bother this last year. Pretty stingy slots.

Quiet is good!! Yes, the food at Driftwood is really good beach bar food! IMHO, best rum punch on the island!!! Enjoy your family, kick back and let sand gravity do its thing!!

Sand Gravity, got to love it!

We tend to make deposits at all of the casinos but Hollywood has always been a favorite. We know many of the staff and it's a very comfortable place for us. The last two years, we've done well there. Last year roulette was particularly good! Last night was a give back night. I foolishly remembered that the one progressive with the linking hearts hit last year for just about the same amount that the grand prize is at again this year. There was a lot of action on that bank of machines. I guess everyone had the same idea.

Some friends have played a "new" card game at casino Royale which they've said is quite fun. I don't know the name of it though. Maybe we will check that out tonight.

We agree Colour1 and very much enjoy the rum punch at Driftwood. My goal this trip is to try the rum punch at Danny's.
