But it is the Marina that has Be Cool, Tropicana, Le Main et Pate, the bakery which I was told is called Marina Royal; the one everyone was complaining about "bums" hanging out and broken boards that made it difficult to walk. Also at the marina over the steps from Tropicana is croissant royal where in my opinion are the best croissants on the island. We are in marigot multiple times in a month & have not seen or had difficulty day or night in january. Great times there.
