Looking at booking Mooring's for Feb, 2025. The Mooring's website is offering a further discount if "promo code" applied. Any help on this? Also, I don't see any offer for a pre-charter sleep aboard on the website. Does Mooring's still offer this? thx, rrs

I don't think you can select sleep aboard from the web site booking tool. You have to add it when actually talking to them. It was confusing to me too so I just called to book rather than attempt online. They will give you whatever promo is in place.

Note also that with the sleep aboard, it's not really counted as the first day of your charter. You have to use the first day of your charter to authenticate in some of the web pages and you don't use the sleep aboard day, you use the next day - the official start of your charter.

I just booked a Moorings 7 for 6 deal. I was going from a Tues-Mon (6 days) with an intended sleep aboard on that first Monday. The Moorings sleep aboard are fairly pricey, so it was actually cheaper to book it as a Mon-Mon (7days) to get the free night promo, and just treat that first night as our sleep aboard.

The sleep aboard is done over the phone. Also have to tell them that you have your Captain's Discount if you have bareboat chartered with them before. It's another 6 to 7 hundred off. The Promo code is for if you have a discount certificate that you would have got for say compensation for something wrong with the boat. This certificate will have a promo code on it or can talk with the agent to get the discount. If you did not have anything wrong or a certificate from the Moorings or have not chartered with them before there will be no promo code.

Cruising the local waters here in SC and GA. Love the BVIs and miss the Tradewinds!
