Management of Belair notified timeshare owners and scheduled renters that November guests may need to change their plans because only 1/3 of rooms will have central air and no rooms will have hot water since their "chiller" system cannot be repaired as they had hoped.

Not really surprised. As we all know things don't get done very fast on the Island and then half of the time it's screwed up. Island time. IMO Plenty of other Hotels will be happy to get that business.

That's nice but usually only 9Aworks out if space is available unless it's their unit and week.
