It's supposed to be only 7 days before. But people have said they filled it out before that.

I filled ours out on May 28 for a June 21 arrival. It was a group form for my wife & I.

Jerry--neither of which is correct, according to the 'official' directions, but they don't really seem to pay any attention.

I know. The only reason I did it was that it worked on our November trip. Confirmation of form submission was fast & scans were excellent upon arrival. It'll probably be a disaster on our next visit. LOL
