I wonder, if your scooter is impounded, and you don’t have a certificate of inspection, how do you get one while your scooter is impounded? Catch-22?
I have no problem with the crushing in general, and I wish that they could crush ‘em all, but for many locals that’s the mode of transportation that they can afford.

That is probably true.....but if you obtain all required documentation and insurance.....and drive responsibly, you don't have to worry about the bike being impounded.
