Most policies DO NOT cover litigation in the USA, they only cover litigation in the BVI. BIG problem. You have NO insurance if a litigant decides to sue you in the USA. Your best bet is to search the archives at cruisersforum.com for the latest info. Just remember that once you ask the insurance question you will likely get hundreds of opinions I hope this helps.
