Breakfast - Every day at Neil’s,[color:"blue"]SXM Yacht Club[/color] except one trip to Zee Best.
Lunch - [color:"blue"]Danny’s Ribs (Cupecoy) or Scallops at Bay Watch (Orient)[/color].
[color:"blue"]Impeccable Dinners[/color] - Temptation (2X), [color:"blue"]Rare (3X)[/color], la Gondola (1X), [color:"blue"]Pineapple Pete (3X)[/color].

Food Comments:

[color:"blue"]Rare[/color] is a very nice selection even if you prefer only to have appetizers at the bar. On two occasions, due to delicious Bay Watch Scallops, we decided to have only appetizers for dinner. Rare is a perfect choice. [color:"blue"]For four of us we had Shrimp Tempura (4), Crab Cakes (2), Crab Stuffed Portobello (2), Asparagus (2) and Spatial (2), drinks (2 ea.) and the tab was $140 plus tip[/color].

Can’t say enough good things about [color:"blue"]Pineapple Pete[/color], [color:"blue"]Lobster Thermador[/color], this could be the best food on the Island.

Breakfast at [color:"blue"]SXM Yacht Club[/color] became a morning tradition the last year or so after Neil took over. Neil does now good value in good food even if it’s only for breakfast. It’s also a great spot for food while waiting for your return flight since you can see you rental packed with you luggage.

[color:"blue"]Beaches:[/color]

[color:"blue"]Cupecoy[/color] - North Beach is only a memory. A road in the parking lot after Ocean Club gives easy access to Middle and South Beaches.

[color:"blue"]Orient[/color] - Our weekend beach of choice had 3 rows Saturday and Sunday but we had to leave after an hour ob Sunday due to the extreme winds. They didn’t even charge us for chairs. No charge for parking yet. Their waiting for something was the reply. Been going here long enough to know not to ask what something is because they don’t know either.

Nightlife:

[color:"blue"]SSBB[/color] - Great fun had by all every night early evening. [color:"blue"]Strange how drinks make women’s clothes fall off their bodies here.[/color]

Bliss - The crowd is getting younger and the music louder every year.

Cheri’s - The band still wears waiters uniforms but the bar service is good and people watching is fun.

[color:"blue"]Red Piano Bar[/color] - You have to do it to believe the fun.

Bamboo Bernie’s - OK.

TTOL Los Gaucho’s - Fun time reuniting with friends.

TTOL Bay Watch - Did not attend. Fear of DUI issues driving back to the Dutch Side.

[color:"blue"]Boo Boo Jam[/color] - Great as always but did till only until 6:00 PM because of the above reason.

[color:"blue"]Pineapple Pete[/color] - You must hear the [color:"blue"]One White Woman Band[/color]. Excellent!!!!

[color:"blue"]Atlantis[/color] - Every night came away winning.

Casino Royal - Lose all the time.

Dolphin - Came out winning.

Tropicana - Lose all the time.

Paradise - Came out winning.

Traffic:

Plan around it and there’s no problem.

General Comment:

Overbuilding without sufficient infrastructure nor environmental concern, selective law enforcement; [color:"blue"]we’re fortunate to have experienced SXM when it was a hidden treasure.[/color]
