We will be ferrying from VG to Anegada for a few days then onto Tortola. The ticket from VG to Anegada only option is a round trip ticket for $55. As I am not going back to VG will this ticket get me to Tortola or do I have to buy another ticket for $55?

The ferry originates in Road Town, so you should be able to ride it back to Tortola.
