It has been a few year but unless I was staying there, I would find another beach. IMHO, there are much better beaches.

Little Bay beaches are basically those in front of Divi Little, Belair, and the beach above Belair, which is next to the nature sanctuary. All change like most SXM beaches but are usually very pleasant.

I love little bay beach. It's not rough, there is usually some drop off into the water but not a ton.
It's like anything else in St Maarten. You should try it and see if you like it. A lot of people here love Orient Beach. Me? I go once a year for a day sometimes. But for the most part, I am not a fan of Orient Beach.

the sand is not hard at all but it can be pretty hot. Other than that it is a very nice beach for sure
