Hello everyone from Cologne, Germany,
we plan a sailing trip from SXM to Tortola. So my question is, can I somehow get SIM cards (Lime, Digicel) ahead mailed to me in Europe? So we could use them at the beginning after entering the BVI area? I suppose that on our first stop we won't be at a place where a cellphone store is nearby.
Thank you very much!
Best

If you check in at Spanish Town, I'm pretty sure there is a cell store convenient to VGYH. That's what I would do.

I have not used them, but you could try Mr. SIM: http://www.mrsimcard.com/lime/s-limebvi.html

most of the Road Town charter companies are in Walking distance to Lime and Digicel. To answer more directly, www.mrsim.com

We got a LIME card via MrSimCard.com and it worked fine. The Digicel store in SpanishTown is on the south side, we took a taxi. The day we picked up our router they were out of sim cards for phones, I would call ahead.

Cheers, RickG

Used MrSIMcard for a Bahamas BTC SIM. Arrived by mail to Canada within the week and worked as advertised this February. Would use them again for other destinations.
