If there are ships in it will be open, otherwise it is Wednesday & Saturday. If you are wanting fish, produce, etc., I would go on Wednesday or Saturday and go early.

I believe the vast majority of the stalls are open daily except for Sunday's, although the main market days with everything open are still Wednesdays and Saturdays as stated.
