JB rented it for months in the late 70's, wrote a few songs there..now Sandy Koufax's name is attached since he married Jane the owner and spends several weeks a year there..quite the celebrity pad! It has been on and off the market..

It's a lovely place and amazing location..seems like a fair price to me..then add in the celeb factor...it will be sad to see Jane and Sandy go but they have not been happy with the changes in CGB (read cruise ship invasion)..hope we get to raise at least one more cold one with them..it was JB himself who told me back in 1984 that he rented "that house at the very west end of CGB with the red roof"..helped him write some memorable songs..
