Completing a week in the BVI, need to set up for a return to CYOA in St Thomas. What is a good back up for Christmas Cove. They looked pretty full when we went by at the start of the week. L
Did the same things over Xmas - both Honeymoon Bay and Xmas cove were packed. We stayed at Caneel Bay. Plenty of open moorings - beautiful anchorage and maybe 45 mins at most (prob like 30) further than Xmas cove.
The last few times we were at Christmas Cove it was so crowded there was nowhere left to anchor. And several on moorings that appear to be liveaboards that haven't moved in months. <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/cloud.gif" alt="" /> Pizza Pi is really bringing the crowds in. <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Clapping.gif" alt="" />
If I can't be a good example, I'll just have to be a horrible warning.
pizza and a boat drink <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Thumbsup.gif" alt="" /> free mooring balls are a treat and the snorkeling is good too <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Thumbsup.gif" alt="" /> No wonder its popular... don't tell anybody <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Grin.gif" alt="" />
