Thinking about Grenadines crewed charter to celebrate our Anniversary in May 2017. Prefer to fly into Canouan or other nearby island rather than the long sail from St. Lucia or Grenada. We did a Moorings charter in '05 that left from St. Lucia to to Bequia, Mayreau, Mustique, Canouan, Tobago Cays, Petit St. Vincent, Union Island and Petit Martinique. Loved that itinerary, but would like to start in the Grendines since we have done St. Lucia before. We need a crew since we are not sailors and wondering what kind of options are out there. We absolutely loved the Grenadines and hope we can make it work. Appreciate any ideas or suggestions!

Good friends of ours run a crewed Lagoon 38 that has been getting rave reviews. Have a look here, they do operate in the Grenadines for part of the year and with enough notice they may be able to help you. Website? Of course:

Did the Grenadines and the BWI with them. Great.
Week sail each time.

Wow! Thanks irina! That sounds exactly like what we are looking for. I checked out the itinerary for the Grenadines and it hits almost all of the favorite places we visited including Mopion! It also appears to be more focused on diving and snorkeling, which is perfect! Thank you SO much for the recommendation!

Check with Capt Rick (TTOL Sponsor) to see if/when he is going to be down south.

Did a one way charter on Sophisticated Lady a couple of years ago in June. St Vincent to Granada and all the islands in between.

Hi Greg and Beverly! We were following along on that same trip! Interestingly, we are considering another trip to the Grenadines in 2017, hence my interest in the posts here. Horizon has a base in St. Vincent that I'm looking into. We bareboat with Skipper Chip and me the galley wench, but it's always a lot of fun, so let us know if you'd be interested in joining us. We're also considering a repeat on a Saba 50 in the BVIs as we did in June. Hope y'all are well!
