The last full day is over frown Today we hung around Belair for breakfast and to snorkel for an hour or so. We met a long time owner and talked for a while. We are jealous, they have been here for a full four weeks, so lucky!
Then off to Club O for an afternoon of swimming, sunning and snorkeling. This time we knew the protocol so we found two chairs and an umbrella in the second row about half way down the beach. We thoroughly checked them for any tags, twice....then set up home for the afternoon. We paid for our chairs a short while later and all was good:) The snorkeling was not impressive but we enjoyed the swim and exercise nonetheless.
We stayed past when they took our umbrella down at "closing". We decided to pack up when an older couple arrived and the wife decided to perform her yoga moves on the beach in front of us. She was quite the attraction. I have seen guys "strut" their stuff in front of a crowd but never an older/attractive woman. There is something unsettling when both you and your wife look up from reading your books to see someone's back side in the middle of doing a split less than ten feet away, haha. She had a crowd of about 10 or so people watching her every move. Seemed like it was a good time for us to move on.
For dinner, we decided to break down and try Pineapple Pete's. We were avoiding PP's because it looked somewhat touristy. Several people had raved about it, so off we went to Pineapple Pete's. I really wish we had followed our gut feeling. The food was good, not great but the place was loud and somewhat stuffy. Not much air movement for the number of people having dinner. Sorry to those that are diehard PP fans but we weren't really impressed.
Now we are back in the room getting organized for tomorrow's trip home. Going to try hard to fit in a visit to Hilma's before we have to leave this great island!

Thanks for taking us along on your adventure. Saturday Hilma is only open until about noon if you try to go there. Safe travels home.

She has a system for taking orders and will not be rushed but it is worth the experience and food. Good luck and safe travels.

Add me to the list of avoiding PP. To bad You Had to experience the yoga person. Probably not the best last view to have as a memory before heading home.

Safe travels, Jamaica. You do understand, the advised protocol once home is to start planning the next trip back. It doesn't make leaving any better but it really does help to know there's a concrete return in the offing........ <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/handshake.gif" alt="" /> <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/handshake.gif" alt="" />
