Just a thought for you - since the rental car is 24 hours, we typically will pick it up the day we arrive and go out to dinner that night. Then the 2nd night have dinner at Leverick. This way, 2nd day you could go to the Baths, visit some other stuff and stop at Hog Heaven on your way back to Leverick.
As far as where to have dinner when out - Coco Maya is a great option - there's plenty of other good places to go as well. Coco Maya can certainly have a romantic vibe though as they have a fire pit and nice loungers around it. Great place to sit and have some drinks before eating.

Itinerary looks good. I had planned to go to the BVI on my honeymoon, But in 1990, with no marriage plans in my future, I could wait no longer, so I went on my honey moon trip to the BVI without a wife. I met my future wife on that trip and we celebrate our 20th this year. Good luck to you both!
BTW...Have the two of you every sailed together before?

Jeff, Over the years, Watching the honeymooners ( and first time boaters) pick up a mooring ball for the first time has provided some good entertainment in anchorage. If you can survive that test, the marriage is solid. <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Thumbsup.gif" alt="" />
