Prep Time: 20 min Inactive Prep Time: 10 min Cook Time: 1 hr 10 min Level: Intermediate Serves: 1 loaf
Ingredients 10 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon butter 1 cup mashed ripe bananas (about 2 large bananas) (I add more..) 1/2 cup sour cream 2 large eggs 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla 2 cups cake flour 3/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons sugar 1 teaspoon baking soda 3/4 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 cup toasted, chopped walnuts Directions Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Lightly grease a 9 1/4 by 5 1/4 by 2 1/2-inch loaf pan with 1 teaspoon of the butter.
