As Wendy said, it is open to anyone who wants to buy a drink but it is definitely NOT a 'destination' bar and you never know what they're going to be out of on any given afternoon. The two gals who work there are very pleasant but the parking is a stretch from the parking area to the building itself and then the sidewalk out to the pool. Happy hour is (or was back in April...) from three to six and most drinks are two for one.
