Making Cornish Game hens tonite...
Stuffed with peppers, onions, mushrooms and sausage (no bread)... (leftover from a quiche deb made yesterday)...
Then basted in Orange Juice Concentrate, non-diluted...
Yummmm!
350F til done and basted every 20 minutes with the OJ concentrate...
serving with mashed winter squash, mashed carrots and mashed turnips, all mxied together...
and fresh brussel sprouts...
