Navigare recently took over the charter operations of MarineMax. Did the notice to you say the had sold your contract to charter to Navigare? Or did the boat you contracted for transfer to the Navigare operator. November should be wide open for new bookings across the BVI. If you contract is broken by the operator you may be free to rebook across the fleets or at least within the fleet you have been dumped.
Do you have the boat you want at the price you want to pay for the days?
