Although I have yet to find the story online somewhere, the full version of the Daily Herald today carried a story about this. Basically, the story said that there was an administrative hearing in which Pat Turner was asking the court to order the Conservatorie to cease what he called an "unlawful violation of his right of ownership and freedom of entrepreneurship". The Court ruled that the parcel belongs to the Conservatorie, not to Pat, and that his business is therefore illegal and that the evidence to prove violation of his right of ownership was insufficient.

I'm not exactly sure what all of that means, but it doesn't sound good.
