That's exactly how I thought it was supposed to work. It was always that way in our experience with The Moorings. That allows the charter client to finesse travel arrangements and work commitments first, around the boat hold date(s). I was led to believe we had two CYOA boats "on hold" over the weekend, with our final decision to be communicated by the end of business on Tuesday. Not so, apparently, but thanks to BVIYC, it all worked out to our benefit!
