I'll be sailing out of Tortola and clearing in/out of many islands down to Guadaloupe and back this spring/summer. I've seen some sporadic web discussion of "SailClear" including on noonsite.com. However, the Sailclear website has very limited value and none of the cruising guides discuss it. I've done some limited basic research but can't really get much info. Can anyone provide any first hand experience here? Is this operational? (The SailClear website claims it is for several Caribbean countries that I'm planning to visit.) Is this of any value for a cruising family? Does anyone know how to proceed, if it is of value in terms of easing C&I through multiple countries?
