I don'tremember his name, but the doctor at the clinic in Maho is very good - we've used him many times over the years as this is the same doctor/clinic that used to be in Mullet Bay once upon the time. Last time we used him he had open hours for walk-ins and was very reasonably priced, particularly by U.S. standards. His office is around the corner from the Maho Pharmacy and very easy to find.
