As much as it pains me to agree with StormJib <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Wink.gif" alt="" />, Amex personal platinum does include as a standard travel benefit $100K medical transportation and $20K medical expenses for Latin America, Caribbean and Bermuda travel.
