You refuse to be baited??? You brought it up, so explain yourself.
The boat seems to be represented by some reputable brokers so I would be surprised if they are as inept as you report. I always find these posts interesting; bad boat or inexperienced passengers with unrealistic expectations.
I would suggest the next time you charter use a broker that vet's the crew although that is no guarantee based upon your expectations of what the world should be.
