A lot of the problems with the Royal Palm had to do with the lack of funds in the reserve to cover the insurance deductible which caused a special assessment that many haven't paid yet.
I was not aware of a special assessment. We have not received a bill. Do you have information that we need? How much is the special assessment and when is it due?
