Sure sounds a lot like Momo from Ti Bouchon in Cul-de-Sac. The style of the building would be considered island creole. He was a rancouteur who was justifiable proud of his menu.He's now in Spain, and the restaurant was destroyed by Irma. Ti Bouchon wasn't there in 2008, I don't think. It was another restaurant, I can't remember the name. Robert was the owner/chef & they served only apps. He then moved the restaurant to Simpson Bay & Momo opened Ti Bouchon.
