This is inexcusable and so sad to see but unfortunately, it’s nothing new. The major difference, IMO, is that in the past people often blamed it on uncaring vacationers and now, I don’t think they can get away with that anymore.
WAKE UP, St. Martiners - yes, those from both sides of the island - this is YOUR island. Please show some respect and love for it. If you don’t lead by example you have no one to blame but yourselves!! So true.
