My city (Thunder Bay on Lake Superior) has had virtually no cases of Covid.
Until this week and we're now over 40.
Caused by people travelling to hot spots (Winnipeg in this case) and not quarantining on their return.
Inconvenient though this may be, this is serious stuff. and this is the bottom line isn't it? places which have had little or no outbreak at all are susceptible to just one carrier getting through the net because this things spreads unbelievably, and then we all rely on medical facilities/ backup. opening up doesn't mean the danger is over sadly.
