Could I book a USVI Moorings crewed charter but if covid conditions allow do both St. John and BVI? If so, where would we have to go through BVI customs? Sorry if dumb questions but i've never booked a charter before. You would have to quarantine in BVI for 4 days..i think that would be a non starter
